$7 (flat rate) Express Shipping! All orders come with tracking.

Orders over $100 receive FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING! Our treat to you - Pay nothing for shipping and get your goodies shipped via Aus Post Express! (Also tracked) 

PLEASE NOTE: This offer of free express shipping only applies when you checkout in one order. This automatically applies when your cart spend is at the value of $100 or over. And when you are not using any other discount code. This cannot be applied to combine orders that end up totalling across all orders over that value. Combine orders that do not total $100 AUD or over in your cart WILL be charged one shipping fee.

We ship within 2-6 business days via Australia post Express. Items are usually received express 1-3 business days from the time they are posted. We package with care, and all items delivered are wrapped and boxed in a satchel. Hey Polly cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items through Australia Post. This would be extremely rare and should be taken up with your local post office.

International:

We ship worldwide! All our prices are in AUD. Shipping rates are based on Australia post rates. All international orders come with tracking and require signature on arrival. Express flat rates vary between $20 - $39 AUD. Once you checkout and enter your address you will see your shipping charge.

We ship International within 2-6 business days. International express shipped orders are usually received between 4-6 business days from post. Due to COVID19 please expect much further delays at this time. This unfortunately is out of our control. Some countries may also charge a customs fee on imported purchases. So please check your local postal guide for these rates as these are not covered by Hey Polly.

Covid-19 shipping info:

Due to COVID-19 We ship express as this is the fastest service to get your goodies out to you. However even express shipping with Australia post has slowed down. Please know they are always doing the best they can to get deliveries out as timely as possible.

We ship worldwide however some states/countries can currently not receive parcels. I am notified of this when entering your address to print your postage label. Please make sure your email address is correct at checkout. And if this occurs I will be in touch and refund your order. However currently shipping to USA, Canada, UK, NZ & Asia has not been a problem.
