We ship within 1-4 business days via Australia Post Express. Items are usually received express 1-3 business days from the time they are posted. We package with care, and all items delivered are wrapped and boxed in a satchel. Hey Polly cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items through Australia Post. This is extremely rare and should be taken up with your local post office. 

Please make sure your address details are correct (we cannot be responsible for incorrect addresses) and please enter your correct email address at checkout. You will be notified via email once your package has been packed for shipment. You will receive your tracking number in this email.

International:

We ship worldwide! At the bottom of our website you can select your currency. Our online store prices are converted to your currency automatically with market exchange rates at the time of placing your orderShipping rates are based on Australia post rates converted to your countries currency. All international orders come with tracking and require signature on arrival. Express flat rates vary between $20 - $39 AUD (if you select your currency you will see your conversion rate price). Once you checkout and enter your address you will see your shipping charge.

We ship International within 1-4 business days. International express shipped orders are usually received between 4-6 business days from post. Some countries may also charge a customs fee on imported purchases. Our GST tax is included in the price. Your country may have additional taxes so please check your local postal guide for these rates as these are not covered by Hey Polly.

Christmas / Holiday Delivery Dates:

We don't really go on holidays here. So our online store is always open for you to shop. However please note Aus orders placed after the 18th of Dec and international orders placed after the 8th of Dec may not arrive for you in time for Christmas (based on Aus post express advice). Orders placed between Christmas (25th of Dec) and 2nd of Jan - Will be packed and posted by the second week of January at the latest. I run my business solo and will pack/post in between social activities this time of year. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with tracking info so you will know it's on the way to you!

Afterpay / PayPal:

Afterpay is a service currently available in AUS and NZ. 

Sometimes (and this sucks but no escaping it) if someone is checking out on afterpay for example and PayPal and it’s the last item, it can over sell.. and there’s no way for me to fix that. It happens to all small biz that use this method. SO if this happens to you, when I am packing you will be refunded for that item if it over sold. This is rare but can occur.. Keep in mind sometimes I will release the design again in another restock so you may have another chance to get what you’re after. 

Please note if payment is made via PayPal eCheck - Packing and posting will not occur until the payment has come through. If payment takes longer than 3 business days we will attempt to reach you via email to discuss. If we do not get a response your order will need to be cancelled.

Additional orders (combine orders):

We regularly release new designs and restock extra popular designs. Due to online traffic and demand when they go live, some of you lovelies have found it handy to place more than one order. We offer the option to combine orders. This is due to the high demand of some of our pieces and for those of you that like to check out more than once. If you choose to do this within the hour of placing your first order you are safe to do so. However if its been a few hours/day please check with us first that we haven't already packed your order. 

If you choose to place another order after your first. Please pay for your first shipping on your first order then any additional orders please use code “COMBINE” at checkout. This is to be entered in the discount code section (not notes section) so it’s able to remove your postage cost for you. This is simply so you can have your order shipped together without paying additional shipping. If the code doesn't work it may be that a sale code is currently active. In this case checkout and reach out to me and I will refund any additional shipping you have paid and combine your order for you if your order has not already been packed. xx

Please note the fulfillment system I use will automatically identify duplicate names and addresses so your orders are combined. If your name and address have any differences (even a full stop or space, OR if you checked out for one on your phone and another from your desktop) it will not combine them and they will be shipped separately. So please double check that.

Sometimes your order is packed well before you receive your tracking info by email. So it is best to place your second, 3rd order etc. shortly after your first. As once your order is packed you would need to pay additional shipping if you are doing a further shop. If you have placed more than one order and accidentally forget to use this code. Please reach out to me and supply your order numbers and I can sort it out for you. If you placed orders only using this code and didn't pay any shipping I will hold your order until your shipping payment is sorted. So please only use the code after you have already paid shipping once. If your in AUS and your first order hits free shipping offer that also counts. xo
