Hey Polly cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items through Australia Post. This is extremely rare and should be taken up with your local post office. I am always available via email if you need help.

Where We Can’t Ship (For Now)

Some countries are currently unavailable due to carrier restrictions or regional crises. These include:

Algeria, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Kuwait, Latvia, Morocco, Nepal, Nigeria, Pakistan, Russia, Palestine, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Syria - plus temporarily Israel, Jordan & Lebanon.

UK

We don’t collect VAT or pay taxes on your behalf, so these may be charged on arrival.

Canada

We are shipping to you again YAY. You are out there doing your own thing. Taxes and duties may be charged on arrival of your package.

International Customs & Duty Fees

If you’re ordering from outside Australia, you’re responsible for any customs or duty fees in your country. For details, check with your local customs office.

For the USA, a flat fee of $49.50 AUD covers shipping, taxes, duties, and tariffs - nothing extra will be charged on delivery.

If a location becomes undeliverable when I create your label, I’ll contact you and refund your order. USA, Canada, UK, NZ & Asia are currently all fine and we ship there regularly.

Our online store never takes a holiday -shop anytime! But heads up:

• Australia orders: Placed after 18th Dec may not arrive in time for Christmas.
  
• International orders: Placed after 8th Dec may miss the Christmas delivery window (per AusPost Express advice).
  

Orders placed between 25th Dec – early Jan will be packed and shipped by the second week of January at the latest. I run this business solo, so I’ll be juggling packing and posting around festive chaos. Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with tracking info so you can follow its journey to you!

Afterpay is available for AUS & NZ only.

Occasionally (ugh, small business struggles!) if an item is oversold during checkout - say one person on Afterpay and another on PayPal - there’s nothing I can do until packing. If this happens, you’ll be refunded for that item. Sometimes the design will return in a future restock, so you might get another chance.

PayPal eCheck: Orders paid this way won’t be packed until the payment clears. If it takes longer than 3 business days, I’ll email you. If I don't hear back from you the order will unfortunately need to be cancelled.

If your order includes a pre-order item, dispatch will take a little longer - but don’t stress. The product page always shows the expected timeframe, and I give myself a generous buffer, so delays are rare. Most of the time, your goodies arrive earlier than estimated (we love a pleasant surprise).

All items in your order - pre-order and non pre-order - will be shipped together once the pre-order is ready. If you need the non pre-order items sooner, you’ll just need to place two separate orders (each with its own shipping) so they can be sent separately without waiting.

You’ll get an email as soon as your parcel is packed and on the move. And if the listing disappears and you forget your timeframe, just email me - I’ve got everything noted. If anything unexpected pops up, I’ll keep you updated.

We drop new designs all the time, and I know some of you love to check out more than once (no judgement - I do it too!). If you place another order within about an hour of your first, you can safely combine them. If it’s been a few hours or a day, just check in first to make sure your first order hasn’t already been packed.

For combining:

• Pay shipping on your first order.
  
• On any extra orders, use code COMBINE at checkout to remove the extra postage (in the discount code box, not the notes).
  
• If a sale code stops it working, just check out normally and message me - I can refund the extra shipping as long as your order hasn’t been packed yet.
  

Our system auto-combines orders with identical names and addresses, so make sure everything matches perfectly. Even tiny differences (a space, full stop, different device autofill, etc.) can stop them combining. Checking out using the same method of payment method is helpful too.

Orders are often packed before the tracking email goes out, so it’s best to place your extra orders soon after the first. If you forget to use the code, send me your order numbers and I’ll fix it. If you only use the code and never pay for shipping on any order, I’ll need to hold your parcel until shipping is sorted. (Aussie friends: free shipping over $100 counts as your “first” one.)
